WHAT IS IT:
4140 - Concrete Cleaner quickly and easily removes heavy contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, fuel residue, mold, mildew, fungus, and soil from the surface. The use of the concrete cleaner will inhibit the growth of mold and mildew, which extends the life of the concrete.
WHAT IS IT USED FOR:
Aerogreen 4140 - Concrete Cleaner is essential for deep cleaning, stain removal, surface preparation, and routine maintenance of both interior and exterior concrete areas. Regular cleaning with 4140 - Concrete Cleaner helps to maintain the appearance and longevity of concrete surfaces.
HOW IT WORKS:
It works by penetrating the porous surface of concrete and utilizing a combination of cleaning agents, detergents, and surfactants to break down and remove stains, dirt, grime, and contaminants. They chemically react with substances like oil and grease, emulsify and suspend dirt particles, and dislodge embedded contaminants. After application, the cleaner is rinsed off with water, leaving behind a clean surface.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Ambient temperature: 4140 - Concrete Cleaner must be applied between 40-90 degrees ̊F.
Dilution: (3:1) Dilute Aerogreen 4140 with Water (3 parts water to 1 part Aerogreen 4140).
Use with a sprayer: Add the diluted product to a coarse sprayer or low-pressure sprayer. Conduct a small test patch in an inconspicuous area to ensure product performance. Spray the area. Soak the entire surface to be cleaned and allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes.
For areas with heavy staining: Scrub the surface using a broom or brush; the solution will foam. Finish by rinsing the concrete thoroughly with a power washer.
4140 - Concrete Cleaner can be used on concrete, brick, stone, marble, interior/exterior concrete surfaces, and the exterior/interior of industrial buildings.
SAFETY/CAUTION:
Rubber gloves are recommended to prevent drying of the skin. Goggles are recommended to protect eyes if splashing is expected. When heated above 125 F, mechanical or local ventilation is required. When using products in steam cleaning and/or pressure washing applications, wear a rainsuit and boots to keep clothes dry. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid getting into the eyes. If contact occurs, flush with running water. If irritation persists, get medical attention. It may cause skin dryness with prolonged use; wash hands with cold water and apply hand lotion.
