Manufacturing Process
The specific manufacturing process of Aerogreen products is proprietary, but here are the typical steps involved in manufacturing cleaning and maintenance solutions.
Formulation Development
Research and development teams formulate the cleaning solution by combining non-hazardous chemicals, detergents, surfactants, and other active ingredients. These components are chosen based on their intended purpose, effectiveness, safety, and environmental impact. Testing and refining the formulations to ensure they meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
Manufacturing and Mixing
Once the formulation is finalized, the manufacturing process begins. Raw materials are gathered and measured according to the specific formulation. Mixing and blending the ingredients in controlled conditions to achieve the desired consistency, potency, and quality. This process often involves precise measurements and mixing equipment to ensure uniform distribution of the components.
Packaging and Quality Control
After the solution is prepared, it undergoes quality control checks to verify its effectiveness, stability, and safety. Packaging the finalized product into bottles, containers, or other forms suitable for distribution and use. Labels, instructions, safety warnings, and other necessary information are added during this phase. Quality control procedures continue throughout the packaging stage.
Quality Assurance
Aero-Green Specialty Cleaners are safe for use on all surfaces. The products allow for a 95% reduction in VOCs while providing equal or better residue-free cleaning performance than the toxic cleaning solvents they were designed to replace.
Today, Aerogreen is in thousands of facilities all across the world and indirectly through our private label manufacturing channels for some of the largest companies, such as Proctor and Gamble.
