4065 - Ready to Use Aircraft Cleaner is manufactured to quickly clean and degrease painted and unpainted metals of the aircraft's exterior. The cleaner is safe for the environment.

HOW IT WORKS:
4065 penetrates and loosens dirt, grime, and contaminants on aircraft surfaces. It emulsifies oils and grease, lifts and suspends the loosened particles, and ensures easy rinsing. Aerogreen 4065 is safe for aircraft materials and designed to be environmentally friendly. Following the instructions, it can effectively clean the surfaces without causing damage or leaving residues..
APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Use on painted and unpainted aircraft and helicopter surfaces: Apply the solution with a brush, foam generator, mop, spray, or sponge. Allow it to remain on the surface for up to 5 minutes, and then scrub with a soft brush or mop. Rinse thoroughly. Do not allow the cleaner to dry before rinsing.
Use on exhaust track and rocket blast areas:. Apply cleaner by brush, mop, or spray. Allow the cleaner to remain on the surface for 5 to 10 minutes, then scrub with a brush or mop. Rinse thoroughly with water.
Spray: Spray the aircraft surface using a low-pressure sprayer. Allow it to remain on the surface for up to 5 minutes. Do not allow it to dry. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat if necessary.
Mop: Fill a bucket with the recommended dilution and apply it to the aircraft using a cotton or sponge mop. Allow it to remain on the surface for up to 5 minutes. Do not allow it to dry. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat if necessary.
Brush: Fill a bucket with the recommended dilution and apply it to the aircraft using a soft brush. Allow it to remain on the surface for up to 5 minutes. Do not allow it to dry. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat if necessary.
Foam generator: Rinse all the areas to be cleaned. Allow it to remain on the surface for up to 5 minutes. Do not allow it to dry. Scrub with a brush or mop and rinse thoroughly with water.
Paint Prep: It is to be cleaned with a damp cloth and a second wipe with a clean, dry cloth to remove dissolved contaminants. No rinsing is required.
SAFETY/CAUTION:
Rubber gloves are recommended to prevent drying of the skin. Goggles are recommended to protect eyes if splashing is expected. When heated above 125 F, mechanical or local ventilation is required. When using steam cleaning and pressure washing products, wear a rainsuit and boots to keep clothes dry. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid getting into the eyes. If contact occurs, flush with running water. If irritation persists, get medical attention. May cause dryness of skin with prolonged use, wash hands with cold water and apply hand lotion. Testing a small part before full-scale operation is recommended for sensitive aluminum alloys.
